Allen is our CMO, lead curriculum designer,
instructor training manager and lead instructor for
our DC & Baltimore operations. He also coaches in
our programs nationwide. He has been a student of
psychology, sociology, and women's studies since
1999, and coaching men and women since 2006.
Allen is also an education industry professional, and
works with disadvantaged adolescent students.
JAE
CVO, President, Regional Director, Instructor, Washington DC
Jae is the CVO & President of AskRomeo.com, lead
seminar instructor, and director of our DC &
Baltimore operations. He has produced & coached
self-help programs since 1998, and been a dating
coach since 2006. Jae is one of only a handful of
men worldwide certified as a Rules Facilitator, and
offers official Rules Consultations to women. He also
serves as director of our international traveling team.
SHROP
CEO, VP of Sales, Instructor, Washington DC
Shrop is our CEO, VP of Sales, assistant director of
our international traveling team and also supports our
DC area operations. He manages our business
development, business-to-business relations, and
heads up our Sales Skills Training Program. Shrop
has been a student of psychology since 1987, and
coaching men and women since 1998. He is also a
highly successful sales professional.
VALENTINO
Special Topics Speaker
Valentino is our featured special topics speaker and
resident authority on Romance and Seduction for
men. He also serves as a master live coach for the
DC region and our international traveling team.
Valentino helps our clients develop a variety of
artistic pursuits and other passions to build an
attractive personality. He's also a professional hair
stylist, make-up artist and fashion consultant.
IVY
Certified Life Coach
Ivy is a stand for people living an extraordinary life.
She has over 15 years of coaching experience, and
has worked for fortune 500 companies and a
prominent university.  After extensive training and
experiences in both a corporate and higher
education setting in the areas of human resources
management, career management, employee
relations, and training, she chose to work with
people to move them forward, preferring to be
proactive in her training and coaching rather than
reactive.  Ivy is also an accomplished Salsa Dancer, and gives male clients a
clearly communicated female perspective on their progress. She offers
women a strong attractive model informed by the principles that govern
attraction.
